We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely amazing, as it is literally on the beach. We couldn't ask for a better spot to enjoy the beautiful sea. The hotel facilities were great, including the comfortable and clean rooms. The staff were friendly and always available to assist us. We also appreciated the fact that transportation to nearby attractions and towns like Anzio and Nettuno was easily accessible. the best aspects of our stay were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and the hotel's location right on the beach.

No negatives from this place.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beautiful beach. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated their assistance, especially the English-speaking girl. The bathroom was really nice, and the kitchen facilities were adequate. It was also a bonus that the hotel was situated close to attractions and nearby towns, making it convenient for exploring the area.

There were a couple of drawbacks to our stay. the menu at the restaurant could have had more variety.

Excellent hotel for the family with children, all necessary facilities, just on the sand beach, very convinient kitchenette, nice seaview. We would stay in this hotel again with great pleasure.

It was right on a really nice beach with free use of sun loungers and surfing equipment. The apartment was really nice with lounge, dining area and nice bathroom and private terrace with beautiful sea views, although I believe this was an upgrade to the room I had booked which they decided to give me as I arrived late and that offered me better value for my visit. Really reasonable and thoughtful for them do to this. The food in the restaurant was delicious especially the fresh sea food and the prices while expensive not completely unreasonable.

The rooms in the hotel did not have wifi, while there was sky tv it did not have any english speaking channels, the cost of breakfast was said to be 5 euro but in reality I paid nearly 10 euro, a bit more info on what was included in the breakfast menu would have been helpful. The location of the hotel while beautiful was quite secluded and the nearest train station was 20-30 mins up hill. Recommend this for a quiet break rather than an action packed holiday. The price of the hotel considering the above issues might be a little overpriced.

The hotel is located near the beach, which is a great advantage for relaxation. the staff is friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the clean rooms and the fact that there was free private parking available for guests.

The dinner menu was poor and overpriced, and some of the amenities were not free of charge, such as the sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. The personnel struggled with speaking English, and the quality of Wi-fi was not satisfactory.

It's been the third time I went to this hotel but the first time I went to their private beach which is really great: clean, quiet and clients are all ok. Plenty of toys for the kids to play in the water and even attractions for adolescents.

Pitty that clients of the hotel have to pay entrance to the beach and location of umbrella etc...

The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach, allowing easy access to the sea. the hotel is conveniently situated near the sea. The staff were nice and helpful, and the beach was clean.

The hotel room had a poor view onto a brick wall just in front of the balcony.
